Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles Pvt. Mahindra Reva also introduced a range of of technologies, all of them directly inspired by the vision of the future of mobility. Mahindra Reva was founded in 1994 as the Reva Electric Car Company, a joint venture between the Maini Group of Bangalore and AEV LLC of USA.

It’s not just Mum who has gone to Iceland… it is electric cars too, with the REVA Electric Car Company signing an agreement with Northern Lights Energy (NLE) to jointly develop the market in Iceland. The NXR is a three-door, four-seat family hatchback design for urban driving. It has a top speed of 65mph and a range of 99 miles per charge.

The company was founded by an Indian Navy veteran and an ex-Reva engineer. They instead used the vehicles personally and gave them to friends and family in order to test them for the last 3 years. Mohit and his father both have used the vehicles personally for local commuting for close to 3 years.
