Our neighborhood is called the “Hollywood Riviera&# because of its beautiful hillside homes with idyllic ocean views framed by palm trees. We’re also only 12 miles from the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach – the two largest stationary sources off air pollution and all their related greenhouse gases in L.A.

To put that in perspective for you, if Los Angeles County were a state, it would rank ninth in population behind the states of California, New York, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan. If Los Angeles County were a nation, its economy would be the 18th largest in the world.
