The ongoing tensions between Italy and Alfa Romeo’s parent company Stellantis reached a head last week when the Italian government told the automaker that naming its upcoming Alfa Romeo EV the Milano was against the law because the car will be built in Poland. A car called Milano cannot be produced in Poland.

While Izera concepts were first shown in 2024, its factory in Jaworzno (Poland) won’t start construction until 2024 with first production cars rolling off the line in 2025. 500e range and acceleration: Fit for the city The battery capacity is 42 kilowatt-hours (37 kwh usable), using Samsung cells made in Poland. With the Chevrolet Bolt EV range now defunct, the Kia Niro EV and Hyundai Kona Electric are slightly pricier, but both offer four doors and ranges of more than 200 miles.
