Groupe Bolloré is phasing in assembly by Groupe Renault of the Bluecar model, previously only made in Italy. Top speed is electronically limited to 120 km/h (75 mph). The Groupe Renault Dieppe plant in northern France has started assembling Bolloré’s all-electric city car Bluecar , from bodies and parts brought in by Bolloré.
