THINK has started production of the THINK City electric vehicle at its plant in Elkhart, Indiana. The company, with global headquarters in Oslo, Norway, plans to build 300 THINK City electric cars at the facility by the end of the year. —THINK CEO Barry Engle. Scandinavian electric vehicle (EV) maker, THINK, and its Swiss distribution partner, M-Way, have teamed-up with Alpmobil to make available a fleet of 60 THINK City EVs available in the Goms and Haslital region of the Swiss Alps. Alpmobil will be marketing the service and taking reservations through its website.

Last week we told you how Think had expanded to Spain and now the Norwegian company has made several additional announcements at the Electric Vehicle Symposium in Norway. A pre programme demonstration project that begins with five Think City vehicles will start in the early summer with the intention of gaining real time experience of running and operating electric cars in Spain.
