To get the most mileage, one could not have the radio, the A/C, or the headlights on. Think of driving any vehicle in the hot Los Angeles summer time. When most of America will be reluctant to buy a GM car because the company might go bankrupt how the hell did those in charge think bailing them out was a good idea?
