Until then, we can always program the ESS to make what Lotus refers to as "more futuristic sounds for electric vehicles [that] can be created using sampled sounds and generated waveforms." Even if I couldnt see, Id be able to hear the sound of the tires well before that car got to me. I have stated the same before.
