Through an open and competitive RFP process, Canada Post has selected the Ford Transit Connect to begin replacing its aging national fleet of vehicles and modernize its business. In total this year, 1,175 Ford Transit Connect vans will be purchased—the largest fleet sale of Ford Transit COnnect vehicles in Canada to date.

Azure Dynamics Corporation announced 29 new Ford Transit Connect Electric sales, including 8 units in Europe and 21 units in North America, which includes a 3-unit reorder from Johnson Controls, Inc. Property service and maintenance company through Ardea located in Rotterdam, Netherlands (2 units).

Users of Ford Crew Chief —powered by Telogis —are improving fuel efficiency for their fleets by up to 20% through better management of vehicle diagnostics, location and driver behavior. To help managers improve the fleet operation even further, Ford developed a system that reports vehicle diagnostics along with driver behavior.
