Pirelli is working with Fisker Inc. to create advanced low rolling resistance tires for the new Fisker EMotion luxury electric vehicle, set to launch in late 2019. Pirelli will develop summer P Zero tires in the following sizes for the Fisker EMotion: 285/35R24 (F) and 305/35R24 (R).

Fisker reported earnings earlier today, indicating that the business is suffering from weakening demand and a flimsy financial position, following a very similar report from Lucid on Monday. Compared to its rivals, such as Lucid and Fisker, this is more than a ten-fold in cash liquidity, which should help ease investor concerns.

Rivian used the moment to pause (and delay) plans for its massive Georgia plant to get the R2 to production by early 2025. According to a report out just before the weekend Nissan might build the Fisker Alaska electric pickup, as well as an electric truck with its own Nissan name.
