The area has excellent conditions for industrial activities: a deep-water harbor and an excellent electricity transmission network. Finland is an ideal location for our project.

Veolia launches largest project to produce bio-methanol from pulp mill waste

Black liquor is the waste byproduct from the kraft pulping process after pulping is completed. Veolia has been a major supplier to the pulp and paper industry since the 1960s for HPD black liquor evaporation systems. The advantage of our industrial concept is that it is replicable at around 80% of the pulp mills worldwide.

Cellunolix sawdust to ethanol plant to be built in Finland

North European Bio Tech Oy (NEB) has made an investment decision concerning the construction of a bioethanol plant on the Renforsin Ranta industrial estate in Kajaani, Finland.
