12 natural gas Ford Transit Taxis to enter service in Chicago

Taxi Medallion Management in Chicago has purchased 12 Ford Transit Connect Taxis running on compressed natural gas (CNG) for its fleet. Since introduced as a production vehicle last year, Transit Connect Taxi is gaining interest from taxi operators around the country. The taxis have a 39-foot turning radius.
