Hero Motocorp, one of the biggest automobile companies in India, officially declared on Monday that the firm will collaborate with the US-based electric motorcycles manufacturer, Zero Motorcycles.

The move will help the automobile giant to manufacture premium electric motorcycles with the help of the expertise of California’s Zero in manufacturing power trains and electric motorcycles.

The partnership, which comes after the $60 million investment by Hero Motocorp with Zero in September 2022, indicates that Hero could use the dealership network to sell the products of Zero Motorcycles in India.
