Clariant announces 4th license deal for sunliquid technology; first Bulgarian cellulosic ethanol project

Specialty chemical company Clariant and Eta Bio, a company of the Pavlovi family, running a leading business in the agricultural sector in Bulgaria, have signed a license agreement for Clariant’s sunliquid cellulosic ethanol technology. Petrobras ready to launch renewable diesel production upon regulatory approval

Anelise Lara, the head of Petrobras’ refining, announced that the company is ready to begin production of renewable diesel from soy or other edible oils at commercial scale. Lyft partners with SIXT to expand Lyft car rental service nationwide

Lyft announced that, following on the success of its rental pilot in California, it is partnering with SIXT rent-a-car to expand car rentals across the US. Starting this August, Lyft riders in Seattle, Las Vegas, and Miami will be able to rent a SIXT car through the Rentals tab in the Lyft app. Following this three-city launch, Lyft plans to expand to all cities within the SIXT rental network in the US in the coming months.
