The Jeep Wrangler 4xe outsold all other plug-in hybrids in the United States in the first quarter of 2022. Jeep sold 8,346 Wrangler plug-in hybrids in Q1 2022, accounting for 18% of Wrangler sales, parent Stellantis said in a press release announcing its sales results. Also of note, the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid from Jeep's sibling brand accounted.

There are now more than 29,000 electric vehicles registered in New York City and Westchester, including 1,262 added in February, the most recent month for which data are available, according to Con Edison, the electricity, gas and steam utility for New York CIty and Westchester County, NY. To keep those EVs powered up, there are 2,065 Level 2 chargers and 260 DC fast chargers in Con Edison’s service territory, more than 400 of them added in 2021.

Reports are emerging that Tesla has now started deliveries of the Model Y Standard Range Dual Motor AWD, a variant of its all-electric crossover that was sighted during the Cyber Rodeo at Gigafactory Texas last week. The vehicle is reportedly only available for Tesla employees for now, but this might change within the following weeks.
