Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has received the required type designation for Level 3 automated driving from the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT). This approval enables the automated driving system to drive the vehicle instead of the driver under certain conditions, such as when the vehicle is in congested traffic on expressway.

Ford unveiled the 2022 E-Transit van, an all-electric version of the world’s best-selling cargo van. E-Transit offers the same interior cargo dimensions and standard mounting points for continued integration with hundreds of upfitters and vehicle modifiers worldwide who provide compatible racks, bins and accessories on gas-powered Transit. NuScale Power announced that through further value engineering efforts, using advanced testing and modeling tools, NuScale analyzed and concluded that the NuScale Power Module (NPM) can generate an additional 25% more power per module for a total of 77 MWe per module (gross), resulting in about 924 MWe for the flagship 12-module power plant. Additionally, NuScale is announcing options for smaller power plant solutions in four-module (about 308 MWe) and six-module (about 462 MWe) sizes.

As per Electrek our source, Tesla confirmed new 2021 Model 3 vehicles are now equipped with a new 82 kWh battery pack ( more energy-dense battery cells produced by Panasonic). --> Panasonic said it increases the energy density of cells by 5% ,output by 10%.
