Electric vehicle sales in the US continue to see a significant uptick, with EV (BEV and PHEV) share of new light passenger vehicles (LPVs) reaching 7.05% in Q2 of 2022. While EV registrations overall increased 59% in Q1 2021 versus Q1 2020, PHEV registrations more than doubled with an increase of 103.7%. EV registrations overall (BEV and PHEV) in Q1 2021 reached 125,513, a 65% increase over the 76,072 combined registrations in Q1 2020. See sample screenshots below.

Thursday was PHEV 136 Day, 11 February 2009, with the Run to Phoenix. The "Spirit" was the first EVer PHEV seen at Douglas HS. for 30; 93.5 for 33; 86.4 gal = $18.24.
