Mahindra is thrilled to announce that 22K vehicles have been rolled out of its Bangalore plant this year


 

Mahindra’s last-mile maneuverability heralded a milestone in its career. The company has rolled 22,000 vehicles from its Bangalore plant this year. Mahindra LMM CEO, Suman Mishra, shared the news on Twitter. With superior features and services, M&M achieves breakthrough results in a highly competitive environment.

Indian carmaker Mahindra’s E-Alfa Mini is an electric three-wheel passenger vehicle designed for urban traffic. The vehicle aims to reduce emissions and operating costs while providing an efficient and comfortable means of transport, especially in the last-mile mobility segment.

A 48W 120A battery powers the E-Alfa Mini, and a 1000W brushless DC motor produces a maximum output of 1.56kW. The vehicle has a top speed of 25 km/h and is equipped with a direct transmission via a differential. It is easy to operate and comes with a 1-year battery.

The E-Alfa Mini has seating for 1 driver + 4 passengers. This vehicle features a rugged tubular chassis and rugged design. There’s also a full canopy for weather protection. Equipped with telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and leaf spring suspension at the rear of the vehicle. Safe and comfortable riding is provided by drum brakes on all wheels.

In addition to halogen headlights and cable mechanical brakes, the E-Alfa Mini has a digital instrument cluster and a sleek dashboard.

The Mahindra E-Alfa Mini Comfort features a comfortable and spacious cab with only one place for the driver. The cabin is spacious as are the passenger rows, with plenty of legroom and comfortable seats for passengers.

The Mahindra Treo is an electric rickshaw that combines sustainability and efficiency. Electric rickshaws are designed to provide an eco-friendly and comfortable driving experience. Let’s look at what Mahindra Treo has to offer.

 

 

The Mahindra Treo has a 7.37 kWh electric motor that develops 42 Nm torque. The Mahindra electric rickshaw is also equipped with a 48V lithium-ion battery with 5-year battery life. It can be charged within 3-4 hours, providing a range of up to 130km on a single charge. Electric rickshaws can travel 55 km/h.  

The Mahindra Treo has a durable and robust body that can withstand everyday use. The electric rickshaw’s brake system is a hydraulically operated brake system with a coil spring + damper + hydraulic pressure + shock absorber at the front. It also has a leaf spring + hydraulic shock absorber at the rear. Electric rickshaws also feature spacious and comfortable cabins that accommodate up to 4 passengers.

The Mahindra Treo is packed with features that enhance ride comfort and convenience. Mahindra electric rickshaws feature spacious cabins that provide ample legroom for both the driver and the passenger. Additionally, the Treo is equipped with a digital instrument cluster, USB charging port, and cell phone holder for added convenience for the driver. Mahindra electric rickshaws feature dust and water-resistant motors for increased durability, ergonomically designed driver seats, and large windshields for clear visibility.

The Mahindra Treo was designed to provide comfortable and smooth driving experiences. The Mahindra electric rickshaw is equipped with a full suspension chassis that does not shock even on rough roads.

The Mahindra Zor Grand is the brand’s latest offering and an electric version of the brand’s popular three-wheeled freight vehicle.

The Zor Grand has a powerful motor with an output of 12 kW and a torque of 50 Nm. It has an 11.5-degree slope. It also comes with a 100km certified range.

This vehicle is built tough with a 170 CFT OEM-manufactured metal body. The cargo-carrying body is 6 feet long and at the factory, has a capacity of 140/170 cubic feet. Key features include a 3-year warranty/80,000km and a 3-way opening cargo compartment for added convenience.

The vehicle is very stable, easy to handle, and comfortable to drive on short or long trips. The Mahindra Zor Grand’s main rivals include the Mahindra E-Alpha Cargo and the Piaggio Ape E-Xtra.
