Jervois currently is a cobalt company with nickel and copper exposure, with mining assets in Idaho, Uganda, and Australia. On Closing, Deposit Payment shall be applied to the purchase price for SMP Refinery. M3 Engineering (M3) based in Tucson, Arizona, prepared capital and operating cost estimates to BFS level of accuracy (+/- 15%).
