Ener1 to Take 31% Stake in EV Maker Think Global; Think City Production Moves to Valmet in Finland

Finland-based Valmet Automotive, which signed a letter of intent under which Valmet Automotive will be a production and engineering partner for the Think City electric vehicle, will also become a minor shareholder in Think. Other stakeholders in the deal include Investinor, the Norwegian sovereign investment company.
