The bill, which was sponsored by Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, will extend tax credits for 10 years on buying vehicles that run on natural gas as well as installing natural gas refuelling stations. Earlier this week, US lawmakers unveiled legislation introducing financial incentives for the use of vehicles fuelled by natural gas.
