That’s what someone always asks when I pitch them our South Bay Clean Power initiative, especially when they find out I’m doing this work full time. It cost a lot more in taxes to live there and my parents always struggled to make the mortgage, but I got a prep school quality education at Edison Jr.

I bring a passion that’s driven by my sense of urgency over our climate change crisis. All the more reason you should be going solar and produce your own clean, green energy instead of paying the electric company. But I also bring something more on top of all that. And I loved every minute of all that digging, discovering.

The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. You pay your taxes on-line. You pay your corporate taxes on-line. Move big amounts of money around.
