Last Saturday, our team set off from Shenzhen to visit one of our esteemed clients in Europe. This particular client has been a long-term partner of ours, and we were excited to have the opportunity to meet them in person and strengthen our relationship.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our client, who hosted us with the utmost hospitality. After catching up over a sumptuous meal, we headed to their large ELECTRIC BUS charging station, which is dedicated to serving the city’s green transportation needs. The station features over a hundred 90kw and 180kw high-power EV chargers, making it a crucial part of the city’s infrastructure.

During the one-week visit, our after-sales engineers carried out extensive maintenance and inspection of the equipment and also provided relevant training for the customer’s staff. As we began our maintenance and inspection of the chargers, we encountered various challenges. Some chargers had technical issues that prevented them from operating, while others required calibration and adjustments to optimize their performance. Our team worked tirelessly to identify and troubleshoot these issues.

For the chargers with technical problems, we thoroughly examined the equipment and ran diagnostics tests to pinpoint the root cause of the issue. We then made the necessary repairs or replacements to restore the chargers to their optimal functioning state. For the chargers that required calibration and adjustments, we carefully analyzed their performance and made the necessary changes to improve their charging efficiency and output. We also provided the customer’s staff with training on how to identify and fix basic issues that may arise with the chargers in the future. Thanks to our efforts, the client was extremely satisfied with our services and even placed an order for several dozen 180KW EV chargers on the spot. This not only reaffirmed our strong partnership but also demonstrated our commitment to providing quality products and exceptional after-sales service.
