The charge stations and installations were paid for with federal stimulus and California Energy Commission grants won by Coulomb. Nissan LEAF buyers are excluded. But for whom?

They are not listed on the DOE funded charge station project sites. I did find one of the three on recargo.com , one of a number of outfits aggregating charge station locations. The units I found quite accidentally are Free Juice Bar dual-connector units. Charge cars, not people is their stated philosophy. Good for them.
