A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! Cause if you're without wheels, which is due to $4, $5, $6/gallon for gasoline, then "Happiness" is not likely yours! After all, if the US Stimulus Package program could do "Cash for Clunkers," then why not "Cash for Conversions!".
