An approved zoning change in South Burlington, Vermont, further paves the way for Tesla to sell vehicles to consumers. The approved plan will reorganize and realign three zoning districts along Shelburn Road and allow Tesla to sell vehicles at the former Hannaford site. The excerpts below note the amendments.

The City Planning Commission of South Burlington recently approved zoning changes bringing a Tesla Vermont center closer to approval. Tesla plans to refurbish a former Hannaford grocery store in South Burlington into its first dealership in Vermont. Tesla Vermont Center. Tesla used to dominate Vermont’s EV sales.

Australia-based Core Lithium has entered into a legally binding Term Sheet with Tesla for the supply of up to 110,000 tonnes of Li 2 O spodumene concentrate from the Finniss Lithium Project over a term of 4 years, with pricing referenced to the market price for spodumene concentrate, subject to a price floor and ceiling.
