Shanghai-GM Ending Production of Hybrid Buick

Shanghai-GM will end production of its mild hybrid Buick LaCrosse Eco-Hybrid, introduced in 2008. The Buick hybrid shares the same first-generation mild hybrid system used in the Malibu hybrid (now also suspended, earlier post ). The second generation mild hybrid system is slated to debut in 2011.
