BMW has provided some additional detail on its two-mode ActiveHybrid X6, as well as updating some of the figures released for the introduction of the production model at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The ActiveHybrid X6 arrives in US BMW Centers in the fourth quarter.

The BMW ActiveHybrid X6. BMW announced the production versions of the BMW ActiveHybrid X6 and the BMW ActiveHybrid 7. The ActiveHybrid X6 will reach US BMW Centers in fourth-quarter 2009, and the ActiveHybrid 7 will arrive in the US in Spring 2010. Luggage compartment capacity is the same as on the original BMW X6.
