To help France meet its sustainability targets, Bombardier will now convert AGC hybrid trains to full battery power. The effort is part of France’s strategy to eventually phase diesel power out of its national rail fleet. The range in battery mode will be at least 80 kilometers.

Porsche commissions MAN electric eTruck for green logistics at Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen

The battery-powered eTruck is a MAN eTGM 18.360 4x2 LL. Lithium-ion batteries with a storage capacity of 149 kWh are used to store energy, making it possible for the eTruck to cover a range of 130 kilometers (81 miles). The 360 figure represents the horsepower of the 265 kW eTruck.
