Its average fuel consumption in the EU test cycle for plug-in hybrid vehicles will be approximately two liters per 100 kilometers (118 mpg US), which equates to CO 2 emissions of less than 50 grams per kilometer. BMW has yet to finalize pricing for the production version of the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer with plug-in hybrid drive.
