" President Obamas auto task force doesnt see it that way. based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. We are addicted to the gasoline tax both at the State and Federal level.
