Buoyed by the US government’s CARS (“Cash for Clunkers”) program, US auto sales slowed their decline in the US in July, dropping on 12.1% The first new 2010 Ford Taurus sedans were delivered at the end of July, as well as the first Transit Connects. The Tundra full-size pickup recorded July sales of 6,313 units, down 52.9%.
