Roskill: graphite prices could push higher on tightening markets for batteries & electrodes

Roskill forecasts that global sales of EVs and hybrid vehicles will increase rapidly in the coming years and could account for 69% of all motor vehicle sales by 2027. Other projects are also planned in Austria, Canada, India, Russia and the US. Just 6% of China’s steel is currently produced in EAF, far below the global average of 25%.
