Commercial real estate developer Hillwood announced that TuSimple, a self-driving technology company with a focus on heavy-duty trucks ( earlier post ), has secured property in AllianceTexas’ Mobility Innovation Zone (MIZ) in north Fort Worth. The new facility will house autonomous truck operations, service and administrative support.

Interestingly enough, the Biden Administration awarded $70 million to the North Texas Council of Governments for the construction of five hydrogen fueling stations for medium- and heavy-duty freight trucks in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
