Major contributors to the growth of biofuels are expected to include Indonesia, France, China, Thailand, India, Columbia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Argentina; while Germany is expected to remain the largest producer of biofuels in Europe. Meanwhile, if India’s own projections are met, it could outpace Brazil in ethanol production by 2015.
