Aptera – US-based company claims to have created the world’s most efficient vehicle with the three-seat F1-inspired Aptera. BMW iX – ground-up battery electric vehicle promises to take the luxury fight to Tesla. Expect less equipment and, possibly, a smaller battery pack. Think iX3, but smaller.

Mazda is the latest automaker to adopt the Tesla-based North American Charging Standard (NACS) for future U.S.-market The timing fit in with Ford’s future-product announcements, directly following a preview of the company’s Gen 2 EVs, including a three-row EV that would get 350 miles of range from a battery pack of around 100 kwh.
