One of these is Westwater Resources, which controls what it says is the second-biggest graphite deposit in the US (the biggest is in a remote region of Alaska). If you do the math and make some assumptions, it means $550-600 of the total tax credit is attributable just to graphite. The Chinese have been doing this for decades.
