Production of the current North American Focus at the Michigan Assembly Plant continues through mid-2018. Following that, the plant will be converted to produce the Ranger midsize pickup truck in late 2018 and the Bronco midsize SUV in 2020. The $900-million investment secures 1,000 jobs for hourly workers at the Louisville plant.

A 3D-printed version of SABIC’s aerodynamically-optimized roof fairing is on display at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Kentucky from 26-28 March.

Right now, the recycling industry is facing a financial crisis, thanks to falling prices for sorted recyclables as well as policy, enacted by China in 2018, which restricts the import of many materials destined for recycling and shuts out most recyclables originating in the United States. We have to do better than that.
