The Bolt is expected to join Chevrolet’s growing lineup of all-electric vehicles, three of which are launching this year: Silverado EV, Blazer EV and Equinox EV. The Bolt was first introduced in 2017. Timing and specific details about the next-generation Bolt will be announced at a later date.

The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD diesel pickup truck is getting a new piece of hardware to help its engine run more efficiently. Versions of the heavy-duty truck equipped with the 6.6-liter liter Duramax diesel V-8 are now adorned with a functional hood scoop, which feeds cooler air into the engine.

GM’s launched its all-new family of Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD pickups earlier this year and began shipping the all-new HDs to dealers in July and will build dealer inventory levels through the first half of 2020.

Chevrolet will offer a small number—initially approximately 500 through California dealers—MY 2016 Silverado pickup trucks equipped with eAssist mild-hybrid technology. Based on feedback from these initial customers, Chevrolet may adjust production for 2017 model year. V-8 and 8-speed automatic.
