TransCanada re-applies for Keystone XL Presidential Permit; alternative Nebraska route not yet determined

TransCanada Corporation has submitted a new Presidential Permit application to the US Department of State (DOS) for the Keystone XL Pipeline from the US/Canada border in Montana to Steele City, Nebraska. TransCanada expects to begin construction of Keystone XL in the first quarter of 2013, with completion slated for late 2014 or early 2015.

Urban Air Initiative and partners petition EPA to correct ethanol emissions models
