Under Sustainable Zoom-Zoom 2030, Mazda aims to reduce corporate average well-to-wheel carbon dioxide emissions to 50% of 2010 levels by 2030, and achieve a 90% reduction by 2050. It intends to achieve this with a policy prioritizing efficiency improvements and measures for cleaner emissions that apply in the real world.

Kia’s new turbocharged engine, developed in-house at the company’s Namyang R&D center in Korea, features a high-pressure direct injection system, advanced engine cooling and an integrated exhaust manifold for cleaner emissions and efficient packaging. The Kia cee’d GT Line will be available from Kia dealers across Europe in Q4 2015.

Carnival Cruise Line, a unit of Carnival Corporation & plc, signed an agreement with Shell NA LNG, LLC (Shell) to be its supplier of marine liquefied natural gas (LNG) to power North America’s first fully LNG-powered cruise ships.
