Shell Postpones Coal-to-Liquids Venture With Shenhua

Shenhua has also signed an agreement with Sasol from South Africa to study a coal-to-liquids project in Ningxia. In 2008, Shenhua completed construction of a 1-million-ton direct liquefaction CTL project in Ordos in Inner Mongolia.
