US Navy Installing Combustion Trim Loop Systems on Wasp-Class Amphibious Ships; Projected 2.1% Fuel Savings

The US Navy began installing combustion trim loop systems this month on its Wasp-class amphibious ships to improve fuel efficiency and save up to 2,400 barrels of fuel per ship annually.
