Johnson Controls providing AGM batteries for Start-Stop F-150

Johnson Controls is providing its advanced Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) battery technology to the all-new 2015 Ford F-150; this is Ford Motor Company’s first truck with Auto Start-Stop. The 2015 Ford F-150 became available to drivers in late 2014. Since 2007, Johnson Controls has produced 28 million AGM batteries.
