Plug-in hybrids and electric cars built with the best possible, most economic, available-now technology. nk City confiscated in 2004! Another shortcoming I really don't understand: The FC Edge "doesn't maximize the amount of regen available, [but] it does eliminate the problem of blending regen with friction braking."
