Today's UCOTD speaks to my personal biases -- I have a weird thing for the Acura RSX. Even this beat-up 2002 Acura RSX Type-S catches my eye. The car has been in storage for three years, so it will need some work to get running. But it does have the six-speed manual transmission and just 78,000 miles.

The Volkswagen Routan , Saab 9-7X , Mitsubishi Precis , Acura SLX , Isuzu I-Series , 2006-2009 Mitsubishi Raider and 1988-1993 Pontiac LeMans come to mind here. Others didn't work out so well in the showrooms, even when there appeared to be semi-reasonable business arguments for their existence. Valuable, no.

It will be built by hand in Marysville, Ohio, at Honda’s Performance Manufacturing Center, the same facility that hand-built the very sporty Acura NSX.
