The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a reduction in the cellulosic biofuel and total renewable fuel standards (RFS) for 2014. Specifically, EPA is proposing a total renewable fuel target of 15.21 billion gallons; the original target as specified in the Clean Air Act is 18.15 Total renewable fuels.
