Smart will be launching a test fleet of 250 electric cars in selected areas, including: Portland, San Jose, Indianapolis, Orlando, and the Washington, D.C. DETROIT—Smart USA, the mini-car maker owned by Daimler AG, is launching a test fleet of electric vehicles this fall in select regions of the U.S. – Boston Corridor.
