ABB, Hydrogène de France jointly to manufacture megawatt-scale fuel cell systems capable of powering ocean-going vessels

ABB has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hydrogène de France to manufacture jointly megawatt-scale fuel cell systems capable of powering ocean-going vessels (OGVs). With the use of renewables to produce the hydrogen, the entire energy chain can be clean. The company is on track to reach 60% of revenues by the end of 2020.

Solvay launches rare earth recycling activity in France

In order to diversify its sources of supply and preserve resources, Solvay has developed a process for recovering rare earths contained in end-of-life equipment such as low-energy light bulbs, batteries or magnets.

Stellantis and Vulcan in joint project to develop geothermal energy to supply Mulhouse Plant; assessing lithium production potential

Imerys and British Lithium form JV to accelerate development of UK’s largest lithium deposit
