Elektromotive Will Install 100th Elektrobay Charging Station in London by End of May

Elektromotive will complete the installation of its 100th Elektrobay charging station in London by the end of next month. There are already 80 Elektrobays in operation in the Capital, with another 40 installed in various locations across the UK. Elektromotive installed its first unit in Westminster in 2006.

Verifying Elektromotive, a UK-based firm that designs and manufactures electric vehicle charging stations, has been granted a patent for its Elektrobay charging station. Introduced in 2006, the Elektrobay was the first public charging station installed in the UK on the streets of Westminster in London.
