Mercedes reveals scorching-hot AMG GLE 63 Coupe
Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the new-look AMG GLE 63 4MATIC+ Coupe, which boasts a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8, hybrid technology and an abundance of upgrades.

Styling
The GLE 63 Coupé exterior continues to boast a sporty and muscular look that has had a redesign to rival other cars within its class.
The base model is fitted with 21in light-alloy wheels with AMG lettering, an AMG-specific radiator grille in high-gloss chrome, a special AMG exhaust system and eye-catching powerdomes in the bonnet and the front splitter in silver chrome showcasing the coupé design throughout.
Interior
Make your way inside and the AMG maintains its sporty ambiance with AMG-specific interior controls, the AMG seats come in nappa leather with an “AMG” badge in the front backrests, as well as the MBUX control and display fitted as a standard feature in the GLE 63 Coupé.
The GLE’s 12.3in infotainment system has been preserved from its previous model, however Mercedes has improved the visualisations in the multimedia display to further enhance the experience for all.
Performance
The 4.0-litre V8 biturbo engine in the new GLE 63 Coupé is fitted in both output variants (420 kW/571 hp and 450 kW/612 hp) with an integrated EQ Boost starter-alternator.
The proven performance-based all-wheel drive system continuously ensures the best possible ratio of dynamism, traction and efficiency.
Despite the vehicle load, the GLE 63 4MATIC+ Coupé maintains a constant ride height . This can be adjusted manually using a rocker switch in the centre console or it will be automatically tuned via the driving mode you’re in.
The base model has have five Dynamic Select drive programmes: Comfort, Sport, Sport+, Individual and RACE. Whereas the S variant will feature two extra programmes: Trail and Sand – this will allow a varied driving experience all round, achieving maximum comfort and agile sportiness.
